With the Spring Carnival coming to an end we can once again return to normality in the property market.

With a clearance rate of 73% achieved on the weekend it wasn’t as high as it had been but it is still in very good territory.

With a healthy amount of auctions conducted on the weekend we are starting to see consistency you can actually bank on.

I believe we will have a big rush towards the end of the year as I am still seeing new properties being listed and even have clients scheduling mid December auctions.

So with one last push towards the end of the year the post election property market has come into its own again.
