When we have a consistent property market everyone benefits, well except those that made bad property decisions.

With a clearance rate of 76% achieved on the weekend we are continuing to see the market perform well.

We have now seen the last few months of results in the early to mid 70’s which says to me the market is stable and strong and now is the time to start looking at your long term strategies and do you have the right properties in your portfolio.

With only a few more weeks of auctions left in the year we will start to see some panic set in from both those that need to sell and those that need to buy, the key is not to get caught up in the hype.
