With still low numbers of auctions being run it is to early to use that as the barometer of the market.

What I am seeing at the moment is a healthy market in pockets but one with a lot less stock, this in turn has kept the market stable as there are people still out hunting for both homes and investments.

As we continue down the rabbit hole of Covid we will continue to see low auction numbers especially as Dan likes to keep us locked down, until we see the market open right back up I would advise all my clients to be extra careful when buying and selling property as there are a lot of desperate agents out there that will tell you what you want to hear just to get the business.
