I noted that properties that passed in were sold quickly afterwards, which shows that some vendors need the process to see what the market says.

Although not all sectors of the market are performing well and we have a 3 or 4 speed property market with apartments struggling the most.

When looking at investment type properties I try and steer clients to villa units in blue chip areas over looking at apartments.

The reasoning behind this is with an oversupply of apartments in the market, villa units can be an attractive alternative for several reasons:
