Too many vendors commit to selling property before considering all their options and sell for the wrong reasons. When they do sell often they fail to achieve the maximum sale price, and/or pay the selling agent more than necessary.

Rodney Samuels Consulting is a specialist property advisory company — but we do not sell property. This means we are in a perfect position to be an independent third party to advise you and oversee your sale process.

The first step is to determine if selling is the best option and how the sale will impact on your situation taking into account tax liability, home loans and transaction costs.

Through the process, we inspect your property, give you an opinion of its likely selling range and investment potential, and then advise you how selling your property will impact on your home purchase or investment strategy.

Then, if you decide to sell, we will:

  1. Find, evaluate and appoint the most suitable selling agent for your property
  2. Negotiate the agents fee’s or commission
  3. Advise and oversee the marketing campaign, including advertising methods, schedule and budget
  4. Advise on the selling strategy, including the sale method (auction vs private sale) and establishing the reserve/for sale price
  5. Represent you during the negotiation to achieve maximum sale price


As we are completely independent we remain directly accountable to you throughout the sale process.

We do not charge our clients directly for this service, we ensure you get the best independent advice.
