Is the property market alive or dead?
Well it depends how many newspapers you want to sell.

Yes we are still seeing some properties struggle to sell and some not sell for what vendors ultimately want but in general the market is healthy and there are buyers out there.

What a lot of so-called experts and commentators don’t like to admit is that the market is holding it’s value but with a lot of average property being sold at the moment it can make prices appear lower.

This is why we have seen the median value drop but prices remain stable and solid in the good pockets.

If a good property is available it will sell and with the right agent it will sell well.

Remember the media’s advice is worth what you pay for it, about $1.70 which is a $1.68 to much in my books.
