With a bumper weekend of auctions having been run and won we saw some winners and some losers but no one should be down in the dumps.

With over 1200 auctions having been conducted on the weekend we saw a 69% clearance rate achieved again.

When we look at that we want from a property market consistency is the key. We are still seeing some agents miss the mark with their quote ranges and thus are probably not doing their clients the best service.

This means now more than ever there are deals to be done post auction if the property does pass in.
