Well the sky is falling the sky is falling, sorry just wanted to get that out of my system as it appears everyone else is saying it.

With the biggest auction weekend of the year so far having been conducted you would expect a slight drop in the clearance rate as peoples attention is pulled far and wide.

With just under 1500 auctions being conducted it was expected that there would be some pass in’s.

The auctions I attended had good numbers of people there with competitive bidding, the weather did deter some people but all in all it was a good weekend.

As the year continues to roll on we will continue to see the same consistency in property market, why you may ask. Well even though we have a smattering of big weekends due to Easter or the Labor Day weekend we still actually have very low stock levels across the whole property market.

as we head into the Autumn market now we will see a slight increase in stock levels before the Winter chill hits.
