Well well well the sky never fell in, there was no 30% drop in property values and my theory stands correct.

Those that sit in the ivory towers or behind the news desks have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to the Real Estate market.

Another weekend with a clearance rate at 76% shows the market is staying strong although I would like to see.more stock become available to give it a real test.

As we head towards the Spring market we should see more stock become available and maybe disperse some of the interest.

I believe we have some depth in the market and it should continue to go from strength to strength.
